Other nearby construction projects include the A.D. Makepeace Co. (ADM) Rosebrook Medical Centerjust south of our location. There's 67,000 sq ft already constructed and being leased with plans including an additional 240,000 sq ft commercial space, plus a hotel, restaurants, apartments and banks. Construction of the hotel is expected to start soon.
The ADM Tihonet mixed use development, a $400 million project with potential for 3.7 million sq ft of commercial space and 1,856 living units is also nearby. The Maxi Gas site is the closest location to the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferries where truckers can get diesel and have room to park and relax while waiting for the island ferries.
